Welcome to Vedhun - the Ooredoo Rewards Program for Prepaid and Postpaid customers, that lets us say 'thank you' for your commitment to us by rewarding our customers whenever you use our services.

You will be rewarded with points for every Rufiyaa spent for any of our services, be it through recharge or bill payment. Points can be redeemed for Ooredoo services such as voice, SMS and data, our corporate gifts, vouchers and special privileges from our partners.

All Prepaid, Mix and Postpaid customers, excluding Club Premier and company-paid Postpaid customers.

No registration is required. Customers will be automatically enrolled to the program after 3 months with Ooredoo.

Customers are rewarded according to three tiers based on activities for the past 6 months, as below.

How to Earn Vedhun Points

Just keep on using Ooredoo products and services. Earn points for every Rufiyaa spent for any of our services, be it through recharge or bill payment.

Prepaid: Upon each recharge through any medium.
Postpaid: Settling of monthly bill before due date (21st of every month)

How to Check and Redeem Vedhun Points

To check and redeem Vedhun points, dial *666#
Select option 1 - to check Point balance, tier and point validity.
Select option 2 - to redeem gifts.

How are my tiers segmented?

Customer tier will be identified after the initial 3 months with Ooredoo. We will review customer’s tier every 6 months afterwards based on their activity.

What is my Vedhun Number?

Vedhun Number is the number under which your Ooredoo Vedhun account is registered.

    • Vedhun Number for Prepaid customers is their mobile number.
    • Vedhun Number for Postpaid or Mix customers can be set as any Postpaid or Mix number registered to the same customer account.

Postpaid and Mix customers will be able to opt for a new (preferred) Vedhun number once in six months, similar to SMS as below.
OV (space) (owner’s ID card number) (space) (new Vedhun number) to 666
Example: Sending SMS OV A987654 9612345 to 666 will change Vedhun account for owner with ID card number A987654 to 9612345
Requests will be reviewed and notified to the previous and new Vedhun number once changed. The last request received from each customer account will be attended.
