TERMS AND CONDITIONS - OOREDOO HADHIYAA FOSHI


Promotion Overview:

1. “Ooredoo Hadhiyaa Foshi” is an offer made to Customers of Ooredoo Maldives PLC (hereinafter referred to as ‘Ooredoo’) whereby Eligible Customers (as defined herein) shall be able to retrieve gifts: Telco gifts; and Vouchers (hereinafter referred to as “Gifts”) through the Ooredoo SuperApp during the Promotional Period. This promotional offer is referred to herein as “Ooredoo Hadhiyaa Foshi” or “Offer”.

2. Customers of Ooredoo may avail the benefits of this offer in accordance with the terms specified herein.


Promotion Period

3. Ooredoo Hadhiya Foshi will commence at 00:00:00 hours of 23rd March 2023 and will continue until 23:59:59 hours of 27th April 2023 (hereinafter to as “Promotional Period”).

Eligibility

4. All Customers of Ooredoo who are logged into Ooredoo’s SuperApp mobile application (hereinafter referred to as “SuperApp”) using the following plans shall be eligible to retrieve the Gifts during the Promotional Period:

   a. All Post-paid plans;

   b. Pre-paid plans excluding Tourist SIM packages; and

   c. All Supernet plans;

5. Customers should have completed all KYC requirements of Ooredoo to be eligible for this Offer. 


Subscription, Flow and Benefits

6. Eligible Customers will be given the chance to retrieve 1 (one) Gift through the SuperApp on every calendar day during the Promotional Period. The Gifts issued under the SuperApp shall be as follows:

   a. Telco Gifts: Telco Gifts provided under this Offer shall be data allowances activated to the primary mobile number (referred to herein as ‘MSISDN’) linked to the SuperApp Account which shall be availed by the Customer within the validity period specified in the relevant Telco Gift. 

   b. Vouchers: Vouchers provided under this Offer may vary from gifts and discount vouchers and the Eligible Customers shall collect or redeem the relevant Gifts from the collection points specified in the relevant Voucher before the last collection date as informed by Ooredoo. Vouchers shall be redeemed during the collection period at the collection point communicated by Ooredoo, where a Voucher is not redeemed by the end of the collection period, the Customer shall no longer be eligible for the Gift and shall not have any claim over the Gift. The Vouchers once received will be available on the SuperApp under the ‘My Vouchers’ tab and will be shown across all devices logged into the SuperApp Account linked to the MSISDN. The Voucher can only be redeemed once from a SuperApp Account regardless of the number of devices logged into the same SuperApp Account. Once a Voucher is redeemed by a Customer it will no longer be redeemable on any another devices. 

7. Eligible Customers that have retrieved a Gift under this Offer will receive an SMS to the ‘MSISDN’ linked to the relevant SuperApp Account.

8. In order to retrieve Gifts the Eligible Customer shall access the SuperApp with a valid login and will be able to retrieve 1 (one) Gift per day during the Promotional Period.

9. Gifts offered to Eligible Customers are non-transferable and shall not be sold or redeemed for cash or other consideration. The Eligible Customers shall at all times remain responsible and liable in all aspects in relation to the respective Gift(s) offered to such Eligible Customer hereunder.


General Terms

10. Gifts retrieved under this Offer by Eligible Customers shall be governed by the terms and conditions applicable to the use of such by Ooredoo and any other applicable terms and conditions. By redeeming and using the Gifts, you are agreeing to be bound by all such applicable terms imposed by the respective relevant parties.

11. No reimbursement will be provided to any Eligible Customers who do not utilize the Gifts offered hereunder.

12. Ooredoo reserves the right to cancel or refuse this Offer or any part thereof to any Eligible Customer at any time at its sole and entire discretion, including but not limited to instances where an Eligible Customer has misused or abused the Offer or breached any part of the applicable terms and conditions. Ooredoo shall not be liable to provide any reimbursement, refund or compensation to any Eligible Customer under any of the aforementioned circumstances.

13. Ooredoo may at any time by its sole and entire discretion chose to change, suspend, revoke or terminate the Offer at any time, without any liability whatsoever to any of its Customers (including Eligible Customers).  

14. The Terms and Conditions of the Ooredoo Hadhiya Foshi as specified herein shall override any other communication received to the Customer in relation to this Promotion, whether or not such is communicated to the Customer by Ooredoo.

Promotion Overview:

1. “Ooredoo Roadha Hadhiyaa” is an offer made to Customers of Ooredoo Maldives PLC (hereinafter referred to as ‘Ooredoo’) whereby Eligible Customers (as defined herein) are offered gifts (hereinafter referred to as “Gifts”) during the Promotional Period. This promotional offer is referred to herein as “Ooredoo Roadha Hadhiyaa” or “Offer”.

2. Customers of Ooredoo may avail the benefits of this offer in accordance with the terms specified herein.

Promotional Period

3. Ooredoo Roadha Hadhiya will commence at 00:00:00 hours of 23rd March 2023 and will continue until 23:59:59 hours of 27th April 2023 (hereinafter to as “Promotional Period”).


Eligibility

4. All Customers of Ooredoo who activate the following data packs using the Ooredoo SuperApp mobile application (hereinafter referred to as ‘SuperApp’) during the Promotional Period shall be eligible to Ooredoo Roadha Hadhiya:

   a. Aachaa 500 ‘Aachaa 60GB for 30 days;

   b. Aachaa 750 ‘Aachaa 180GB for 30 days’; and

   c. Ooredoo Data 500. 

5. Customers should have completed all KYC requirements of Ooredoo to be eligible for this Offer.

6. Eligible Customers will be offered 1 (one) of the followings gifts (hereinafter referred to as “Gift(s)”) as specified below during the Promotional Period:

a. Telco Gift(s): Telco Gifts provided under this Offer will be a data allowance which will be automatically activated to the primary mobile number (referred to herein as ‘MSISDN’) of the Eligible Customer which may be availed by the MSISDN  within the validity period specified in the relevant Telco Gift. 

b. Vouchers: Vouchers provided under this Offer will amount for MVR200 (two hundred Maldivian Rufiyaa) which may be redeemed by the Eligible Customer before the last collection date at the collection point(s) specified by Ooredoo. Where a Voucher is not redeemed by the end of the collection period informed by Ooredoo, the Voucher will be deemed cancelled and will not be redeemable.  

7. Once a Eligible Customer is issued a Vouchers the Voucher shall be available on the SuperApp under the ‘My Vouchers’ tab and will be shown across all devices logged into the SuperApp Account linked to the MSISDN. The Voucher can only be redeemed once from a SuperApp Account regardless of the number of devices logged into the same SuperApp Account. Once a Voucher is redeemed by an Eligible Customer it will no longer be redeemable on any another devices.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS - DONATION VIA M-FAISAA TOWARDS IFTAR PACKS DISTRIBUTED TO MIGRANT WORKERS BY MISSION FOR MIGRANT WORKERS MALDIVES DURING RAMAZAN 1444.


Overview:

1. Ooredoo Maldives PLC (hereinafter referred to as ‘Ooredoo’) has partnered with Mission for Migrant Workers Maldives (hereinafter referred to as ‘MMWM’), to facilitate customers to make donations via m-Faisaa towards food packages to be distributed to migrant workers in Maldives by MMWM, to break their fast during the month of Ramazan 1444 (referred to herein as ‘Iftar Packs’). Eligible Customers shall be able to make donations towards Iftar Packs via the m-Faisaa section on Ooredoo’s mobile application during the Donation Period.


Donation Period

2. Eligible Customers shall be able to make donations towards Iftar Packs during the period starting from and including 00:00hrs on 23rd March 2023 until and including 23:59hrs of 19th April 2023, such duration referred to herein as ‘Donation Period’.


Eligibility

3. All Customers who have registered for m-Faisaa and have active m-Faisaa wallets (referred to herein as ‘Eligible Customers’) shall be eligible to make donations towards Iftar Packs as specified hereunder.


Details of Iftar Pack Donations via m-Faisaa

4. Iftar Packs as specified hereunder shall be valued at MVR 50 (fifty Maldivian Rufiyaa) per pack; and Eligible Customers shall be able to make donations via m-Faisaa wallets.

5. Eligible Customers shall be able to make donations towards any number of Iftar Packs during the Donation Period.

6. The donations made as specified hereunder shall go directly to MMWM, for procuring and distribution of corresponding Iftar Packs.

7. Ooredoo shall only act as the payment platform for facilitation of collection of payments via m-Faisaa on Ooredoo’s mobile application and shall not be responsible for the procuring and distribution of the Iftar Packs.

8. Ooredoo shall not impose any additional charges or fees to Eligible Customers (in addition to the value of the Iftar Pack) for the donations made as specified hereunder.


General Terms

9. Ooredoo reserves the right in its sole and entire discretion to change, suspend, revoke or discontinue this arrangement at any time without prior notice or publication and without any liability to any party.

10. Ooredoo expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability in relation to the procuring and distribution of the Iftar Packs specified hereunder and shall act solely as a payment platform for the facilitation of collection of donations made by Eligible Customers. All queries or claims related to Iftar Packs and their distribution shall be directed to MMWM. 



TERMS AND CONDITIONS - FRIDAY 2% CASHBACK OFFER


Promotion Overview:

1. “Friday 2% Cashback Offer” (hereinafter referred to as the “Cashback Offer”) is an m-Faisaa offer,  during the dates specified in Clause 2.1, whereby m-Faisaa customers shall receive 2% (two per cent) up to a maximum of MVR 20 (twenty Maldivian Rufiyaa) worth of cashback in the m-Faisaa wallet of Customer per merchant transaction made using m-Faisaa at a shop or restaurant that is an Authorized m-Faisaa Merchant of Ooredoo Maldives PLC (hereinafter referred to as ‘Ooredoo’).


Promotion Period

2. The promotion period for the Cashback Offer shall be for the period starting from 00:00:00 hours and ending 23:59:59 hours of the following dates: 

   (a) 24th March 2023

   (b) 31st March 2023

   (c) 7th April 2023

   (d) 14th April 2023

   (e) 21st April 2023


Customer Eligibility

3. All m-Faisaa customers who have completed the KYC process at the time of the transaction (referred to herein as ‘Eligible Customers’) will be eligible for the Cashback Offer.


Promotional Benefit(s)

4. The benefits of the Cashback Offer shall be a cash back of 2% (two per cent) of the transaction value (up to a maximum of MVR 20 (twenty Maldivian Rufiyaa)) per value of the m-Faisaa transaction which shall be made to the Eligible Customer’s m-Faisaa Wallet from which the transaction was made. The cashback shall be made in the manner and timeframe as per the process determined for such by Ooredoo in its sole and entire discretion.


General Terms

5. The total cashback amount provided to Eligible Customers under the Cashback Offer shall not exceed MVR 20 (twenty Maldivian Rufiyaa) per value of m-Faisaa transaction. 

6. Ooredoo has the right, in its sole and entire discretion to change the Promotional Benefit(s) as it deems fit or cancel the Promotional Benefit(s) offered entirely without any liability to its customers.

7. The Terms and Conditions of the Cashback Offer as specified herein shall override any other communication received to customers in relation to the Cashback Offer, whether or not such is communicated to the customers by Ooredoo.

8. By participating in this Cashback Offer, each participant acknowledges that Ooredoo may at any time by its sole and entire discretion choose to suspend, revoke or terminate the Cashback Offer without any liability whatsoever to the participants.
