m-Faisaa services in My Ooredoo App

Existing customers can login by entering their registered Mobile number on m-Faisaa and by setting a new mPIN. 

1. Launch My Ooredoo App.

2. Enter your Registered m-Faisaa Mobile number.

3. Re-enter your Registered m-Faisaa Mobile number.

4. Enter the OTP sent to your phone and set a 4-digit PIN.

5. Enter your m-Faisaa Mobile Number.

6. Enter your new mPin and click "Submit" to login.

1. Enter your Registered m-Faisaa Mobile number.

2. Re-enter your registered m-Faisaa Mobile Number.

3. Enter OTP sent to your phone and set a new 4- digit PIN.

1. Click "Report" on the login page.

2. If you are logged in, please select Report a problem from the side menu.

3. Fill the below details to report the issue. and click "Submit".

1. Click "Register".

2. Fill in the required details and click "Signup".

3. Enter the OTP sent to your phone to activate your account.

4. Enter your Mobile number.

5. Enter OTP and set a 4-digit PIN.

6. Enter your Mobile Number.

7. Enter your 4-digit PIN.

8. Enter OTP sent to your phone and you’ll be able to access your m-Faisaa account.

1. Select "Profile Management" from the side menu.

2. Select "Edit Profile".

3. Edit your details and click "Update".

 

1. Select "Transaction History" from the side menu.

2. Enter duration and click "Search"

1. Select "Complete Registration" on the home page.

2. Enter your required details and click "Submit".

3. Upload your valid documents and click "Submit".

Click on badge next to your Mobile Number to identify your wallet type.
