How can I take a new SuperNet connection and how long will it take to connect?
You can apply for a new SuperNet connection via our online registration portal (https://www.ooredoo.mv/webapps/shop/public/plan/supernet) or visit our website https://www.ooredoo.mv/request-supernet
Routine installations will take 7-10 working days in Greater Male' area & other SuperNet available islands. Installation to Hiya Flats & STELCO Hiya usually takes 48 hours.
Things you need to know
For new Prepaid connections, initial Credit Validity is 60 days from the date of purchase.
HD Voice is available for all Mobile customers using an Ooredoo certified HD Voice compatible smartphone, across 4G covered locations.
Short code calling and texting will be charged, and will not be deducted from free minutes and SMS.
Additional 8% GST is applicable for all telecom products and services.
5G Device contracts:
Customers availing the 5G Device free offer;
- Customer needs to be onboarded to a 5G AirFibre Postpaid plan.
- Customer needs to be on the plan active for no less than 12 months.
- Customer needs to sign the Broadband device contract.
- If customer would like to discontinue the service before 12 months are completed, customer needs to pay the full device fee specified on the device contract.
