TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO USER

Welcome to Ooredoo Maldives eCommerce Platform “Moolee” (hereinafter referred to as the "eCommerce Service"). Any access to use and any transaction done on the Website is subject to the terms and conditions set out below (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions Applicable to User”).

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the eCommerce Service. By using the eCommerce Service, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions thereby forming an Agreement between Ooredoo Maldives Plc and you (hereinafter referred to the “Agreement”).

In addition, please note when you use any current or future eCommerce Service provided by Ooredoo Maldives Plc, you may also be subject to other specific Terms and Conditions Applicable to use of eCommerce Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”). Where there is a conflict between the Terms and the Terms and Conditions Applicable to User, the Terms shall prevail over the Terms and Conditions Applicable to User.

These Terms, together, constitute an electronic record within the meaning of the applicable law. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures but shall have the same effect as a physical or digital signature.

1. CONDITIONS RELATING TO YOUR USE OF ECOMMERCE SERVICE

1.1 Your Account

If you use the eCommerce Service, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and its password. You are also responsible for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorized access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason whatsoever to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be used in an unauthorized manner or your account or its password’s security and confidentiality has been compromised in any way whatsoever. You are responsible to inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you have provided at the time of registering. You can access and update much of the information provided to us within Your Account area of the eCommerce Service. You agree and acknowledge that you will use your account on the website to browse and purchase products only for your personal use and not for any business purposes. Ooredoo Maldives Plc reserves the right, in its sole and entire discretion, to refuse access to the eCommerce Service, suspend or terminate your accounts, remove or edit content at any time without any prior notice.

1.2 Privacy

a) Controllers of personal information

Any personal information provided to or gathered by Ooredoo Maldives Plc. under this Privacy Notice will be stored and controlled by Ooredoo Maldives Plc and will only be shared on a need only basis for the facilitation of the eCommerce Service and use of the eCommerce Platform. Any sharing of such information shall be limited to the absolute minimal requirement for the facilitation of the aforesaid.

b) What Personal Information about Customers Does Ooredoo Maldives Plc. gather?

The information we learn from customers helps us personalize and continually improve your shopping experience at Ooredoo Maldives Plc. We use your information to assist Sellers in handling orders, deliver products and services, process payments, communicate with you about orders, products, services and promotional offers, update our records and generally maintain your accounts with us, display content such as wish lists and customer reviews and recommend merchandise and services that might be of interest to you. We also use this information to improve our services and the platform, prevent or detect fraud or abuses of our eCommerce Service and eCommerce Platform and enable third parties to carry out technical, logistical or other functions on our behalf.

i) Information You Give Us:We receive and store any information you enter on our eCommerce Platform or give us in any other way. iii) E-mail Communications:To help us make e-mails more useful and interesting, we often receive a confirmation when you open e-mail from eCommerce Platform, if your device supports such capabilities. We also compare our customer list to lists received from other companies in an effort to avoid sending unnecessary messages to our customers. If you do not want to receive e-mail or other mail from us, please adjust your Customer Communication.

iv) Information from Other Sources:We might receive information about you from other sources and add it to our account information.

d) By using or continuing to use eCommerce Platforms, you agree to the use of your information (including sensitive personal information) in accordance with this Privacy Notice, as this may be amended from time to time at the sole and entire discretion of Ooredoo Maldives Plc and without any notice to you. You also agree and consent to us collecting, storing, processing, transferring and sharing information (including sensitive personal information) related to you with third parties or service providers for the purposes as set out in this Privacy Notice.

e) We may be required to share the aforesaid information with government or state authorities and agencies for the purposes of verification of identity or for prevention, detection or investigation, including of cyber incidents, prosecution and punishment of offences. You agree and consent for Ooredoo Maldives Plc to disclose your information, if so required, in the aforesaid instances.

f) Cookies

i. Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser and to provide features such as Recommended for You, personalized advertisements on other Web sites (e.g., Ooredoo Associates with content served by Ooredoo Maldives Plc.) and storage of items in your ShoppingCart between visits.

ii. The Help menu on the menu bar of most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie and how to disable cookies altogether. Additionally, you can disable or delete similar data used by browser add-ons, such as Flash cookies, by changing the add-on's settings or visiting the website of its manufacturer. g) Does Ooredoo Maldives Plc. share the Information it receives?

Information about our customers is an important part of our business and we are not in the business of selling it to others. Ooredoo Maldives Plc. shares customer information only as described herein.

h) Affiliated Businesses We Do Not Control:We work closely with affiliated businesses. In some cases, such as Marketplace sellers, these businesses operate stores at eCommerce Platforms or sell offerings to you at eCommerce In other cases, we provide services jointly with or on behalf of these businesses. You can tell when a third party is involved in your transactions and we share customer information related to those transactions with that third party.

i. Third Party Service Providers:We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analysing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), processing credit card payments and providing customer service. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes. ii. Promotional Offers:Sometimes we send offers to selected groups of Ooredoo Maldives Plc. and eCommerce customers on behalf of other businesses. Ooredoo Maldives Plc. gives you access to a broad range of information about your account and your interactions with Ooredoo Maldives Plc. for the limited purpose of viewing and, in certain cases, updating that information. This list will change as our website evolves.

l) Are Minors Allowed to Use Ooredoo Maldives Plc?

Use of Ooredoo Maldives Plc. is available only to people who can form a legally binding contract under Maldivian laws and regulations. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, you may use eCommerce Services and eCommerce Platform only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

1.4 Ecommerce Platform for Communication

You agree, understand and acknowledge that the eCommerce Platform is an online platform that enables you to purchase products listed on the platforms at the price indicated therein at any time from any location with the territory of the Republic of Maldives. You further agree and acknowledge that eCommerce Platform is only a facilitator and is not and cannot be a party to or control in any manner any transactions on the website. Accordingly, the contract of sale of products on the website shall be a strictly bipartite contract between you and the sellers on eCommerce Platform and is not between you and Ooredoo Maldives Plc.

1.5 Access to eCommerce Service

While we will try to ensure that availability of the eCommerce Platform will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free, due to the nature of the Internet, we cannot and do not guarantee that the eCommerce Platform and eCommerce Service will be uninterrupted and that the transmissions will be error-free. Also, your access to the eCommerce Service may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services at any time without any notice to you.

1.6 License for website access

a. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, if any, Ooredoo Maldives Plc grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this eCommerce Service and eCommerce Platform, but not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of Ooredoo Maldives Plc and / or its affiliates, as may be or become applicable. This license expressly excludes the right to any resale or commercial use of this website or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this eCommerce Service or Platform or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another seller; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

b. This eCommerce Service or any portion of this eCommerce Service (including but not limited to any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information) may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, distributed or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of Ooredoo Maldives Plc and / or its affiliates, as may be or become applicable.

c. You may not frame or use framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Ooredoo Maldives Plc and its affiliates as may be or become applicable, without express written consent of Ooredoo Maldives Plc. You may not use any Meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing Ooredoo Maldives Plc or its affiliates' names as maybe or may become applicable, or trademarks without the express written consent of Ooredoo Maldives Plc and / or its affiliates, as may be or may become applicable. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by Ooredoo Maldives Plc and / or its affiliates, as may be or may become applicable.

d. You are granted a limited, revocable, and non-exclusive right to create a hyperlink to the Welcome page of eCommerce Service as long as the link does not portray Ooredoo Maldives Plc and/or their affiliates, eCommerce Service or eCommerce Platform, or their products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. You may not use any Ooredoo Maldives Plc or eCommerce Service logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without express written consent of Ooredoo Maldives Plc and / or its affiliates, as may be or may become applicable.

1.7 Your Conduct

a. You must not use the eCommerce Platform in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the eCommerce Service or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way. You understand and confirm that you, and not Ooredoo Plc, are responsible for all electronic communications and content sent from your computer or other devices to us or other Parties on the eCommerce Service or Platform and you must use the eCommerce Service for lawful purposes only. You must not use the eCommerce Service or eCommerce Platform for any of the following:

i. for fraudulent purposes, or in connection with the carrying out of, attempting, providing assistance or conspiring or other similar act, to carrying out any criminal offense or other unlawful activity.

ii. to send, use or reuse any material that does not belong to you; or is illegal, abusive, offensive (including but not limited to material that is sexually explicit content or which promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, religiously offensive content or extreme or physical harm), deceptive, misleading, abusive, indecent, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, libelous, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic or menacing; ethnically objectionable, disparaging or in breach of copyright, trademark, confidentiality, privacy or any other proprietary information or right; or is otherwise injurious to third parties; or relates to or promotes money laundering or gambling; or is harmful to minors in any way; or impersonates another person; or threatens the unity, integrity, security or sovereignty of the Republic of Maldives or friendly relations with foreign States; or objectionable or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatsoever; or which consists of or contains software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any "spam based on the sole and entire discretion and opinion of Ooredoo Maldives Plc

b. to cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety in the entire and sole discretion and opinion of Ooredoo Maldives Plc

1.8 Reviews, comments, communications and other content

a. Users of this eCommerce Service may post reviews, comments and other content; send communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, as long as the content is not illegal, obscene, abusive, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties, or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam” in the sole and entire discretion and opinion or Ooredoo Maldives Plc. In the event a user uses a false e-mail address, impersonates any person or entity, or otherwise misleads as to the origin of any content, Ooredoo Maldives Plc reserves the right (but does not have the obligation) to remove, refuse, delete or edit any content that in the sole judgement of Ooredoo Maldives Plc violates these Conditions of use and, or terminate your permission to access or use this website.

b. If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you

i. Grant Ooredoo Maldives Plc and its affiliates as may be or become applicable, a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual and fully sub licensable rights to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media; and

ii. Grant Ooredoo Maldives Plc and its affiliates and sub licensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose.

c. You agree that the rights you grant above, will not be revoked by you during the entire period of protection of your intellectual property rights associated with such content and material. You by your access and use of the eCommerce Service and eCommerce Platform, agree to waive your right to be identified as the author of such content and your right to object to derogatory treatment of such content. You agree to perform all further acts necessary to perfect any of the above rights granted by you to Ooredoo Maldives Plc, including the execution of deeds and documents, at its request.

d. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post or that you otherwise provide on or through the eCommerce Service or Platform; that, as at the date that the content or material is submitted to eCommerce Service or Platform: (i) the content and material is accurate; (ii) use of the content and material you supply does not breach any applicable policies, guidelines, laws and regulation, and will not cause any form of injury to any person or entity (including that the content or material is not defamatory or abusive in any manner); (iii) the content is lawful. You agree to indemnify Ooredoo Maldives Plc and its affiliates as may be or become applicable, for all claims brought by a third party against it or them arising out of or in connection with a breach of any of these warranties.

1.9 Claims against Objectionable Content

Because eCommerce Service and Platform lists millions of products for sale offered by sellers on the eCommerce Platform and hosts many thousands of comments, it is not possible for us to be aware of the contents of each product listed for sale, or each comment or review that is displayed. Accordingly, eCommerce Service and Platform operates on a "notice and takedown" basis. If you believe that any content on the website is illegal, offensive (including but not limited to material that is sexually explicit content or which promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, extremist or physical or religious harm), deceptive, misleading, abusive, indecent, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, libelous, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic or menacing; ethnically objectionable, disparaging; or is otherwise injurious to third parties; or relates to or promotes money laundering or gambling; or is harmful to minors in any way; or impersonates another person; or threatens the unity, integrity, security or sovereignty of the Republic of Maldives or friendly relations with foreign States; or objectionable or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatsoever; or which consists of or contains software viruses, (" Objectionable Content "), please notify us immediately.

1.10 Copyright, authors' rights and database rights

a. All content included on eCommerce Service and Platform, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Ooredoo Maldives Plc, its affiliates or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Maldives and its international commitments to copyright, authors' rights and database right laws. The compilation of all content on this eCommerce Service or Platform is the exclusive property of Ooredoo Maldives Plc and its affiliates as may be or become applicable, and is protected by laws of the Republic of Maldives and international copyright and database right laws to which we are part of. All software used on this eCommerce Service and Platform is the property of Ooredoo Maldives Plc, its affiliates as may be or become applicable, or its software suppliers and is protected by laws and regulations of the Republic of Maldives and applicable international copyright and author' rights laws.

b. You may not systematically extract/ or re-utilize parts of the content of the website without the express written consent of Ooredoo Maldives Plc and / or its affiliates (as may be or become applicable). In particular, you may not utilize any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools to extract (whether once or many times) for re-utilization of any substantial parts of this website, without the express written consent of Ooredoo Maldives Plc and / or its affiliates (as may be or become applicable). You may also not create and/ or publish your own database that features substantial (eg: prices and product listings) parts of this eCommerce Service or eCommerce Platform without the express written consent of Ooredoo Maldives Plc and / or its affiliates (as may be or become applicable).

1.11 Intellectual Property Claims

Ooredoo Maldives Plc and its affiliates as may be or become applicable, respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been used in a way that gives rise to concerns of infringement, please follow the Claim’s procedure.

1.12 Trademarks

Ooredoo Maldives PLC, eCommerce service or Ecommerce platform, all associated logos of Ooredoo Maldives Plc and Ecommerce service or Ecommerce platform, and other marks indicated on eCommerce Service or eCommerce Platform are trademarks or registered trademarks of Ooredoo Maldives Plc or its subsidiaries (collectively "Ooredoo Maldives Plc"), in the Republic of Maldives  and/or other jurisdictions as may be or become applicable. Ooredoo Maldives Plc’s or eCommerce Service’s or eCommerce Platforms’ graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts and service names are the trademarks or trade dress of Ooredoo Maldives Plc. Ooredoo Maldives Plc's trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Ooredoo Maldives Plc.’s, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among user or customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Ooredoo Maldives Plc. All other trademarks not owned by Ooredoo Maldives Plc that appear on eCommerce Service or eCommerce Platform are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Ooredoo Maldives Plc.

1.13 Disclaimer

a. You acknowledge and undertake that you are accessing the services on the eCommerce Platforms and transacting at your own risk and are using your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transactions through the eCommerce Service or eCommerce Platform. You further acknowledge and undertake that you will use the eCommerce Service and Platform to order products only for your personal use and not for business purposes. We shall both be liable nor responsible for any actions or inactions of sellers nor any breach of conditions, representations or warranties by the sellers or manufacturers of the products and hereby expressly disclaim and any all responsibility and liability in that regard. We shall not mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between you and the sellers or manufacturers of the products.

b. We further expressly disclaim any warranties or representations (express or implied) in respect of quality, suitability, accuracy, reliability, completeness, timeliness, performance, safety, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or legality of the products listed or displayed or transacted or the content (including product or pricing information and/or specifications) on the eCommerce Service and Platform. While we have taken precautions to avoid inaccuracies in content, this eCommerce Platform, all content, information (including the price of products), software, products, services and related graphics are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We do not implicitly or explicitly support or endorse the sale or purchase of any products on the eCommerce Platform. At no time shall any right, title or interest in the products sold through or displayed on the eCommerce Service or Platform vest with Ooredoo Maldives Plc nor shall Ooredoo Maldives Plc have any obligations or liabilities in respect of any transactions on the website.

1.14 Indemnity and Release

a. You shall indemnify and hold harmless Ooredoo Maldives Plc, its subsidiaries, affiliates as may be or become applicable and their respective officers, directors, agents and employees, from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of your breach of these Conditions of Use or any document incorporated by reference, or your violation of any law, rules, regulations or the rights of a third party.

b. You hereby expressly release Ooredoo Maldives Plc and/or its affiliates as may be or become applicable and/or any of its officers and representatives from any cost, damage, liability or other consequence of any of the actions/inactions of the vendors and specifically waiver any claims or demands that you may have in this behalf under any statute, contract or otherwise.

1.15 Minors

Use of eCommerce Service and Platform is available only to people who can form a legally binding contract under the Republic of Maldives and has reached the age of 18 years old. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, you may use eCommerce Service and Platform. Only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

1.16 Other Businesses

Parties other than Ooredoo Maldives Plc. and its affiliates as may be or become applicable, may operate stores, provide services, or sell product lines on eCommerce Service or eCommerce Platform. For example, businesses and individuals offer products via Marketplace. In addition, we provide links to the websites of affiliated companies and certain other businesses. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating, and we do not warrant or endorse the offerings of any of these businesses or individuals, or the content of their websites. Ooredoo Maldives Plc does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, products, and content of any of these and any other third-parties. You can tell when a third-party is involved in your transactions, and we may share customer information related to those transactions with that third-party. You should carefully review their privacy statements and other conditions of use as they are not defined by our Terms.

1.17 Communications

When you visit eCommerce Platform, you are communicating with us electronically. You will be required to provide a valid phone number while placing an order with us. We may communicate with you by e-mail, SMS, phone call or by posting notices on the eCommerce Platform or by any other mode of communication as we deem fit in our sole and entire discretion. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications (including transactional, promotional and/or commercial messages), from us with respect to your use of the eCommerce Service and Platform and/or your order placed on the eCommerce Service and Platform.

1.18 Losses

We will not be responsible for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using the website as per the Terms stated herein and elsewhere on the eCommerce Platform.

1.19 Alteration of Service or Amendment(s) to the Conditions

You will be subject to the policies and Conditions of Use in force at the time that you use the eCommerce Service and Platform or that you order goods on the eCommerce Service and eCommerce Platform, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). You may use eCommerce Service and Platform solely for purposes of enabling you to use and enjoy the eCommerce Services as provided by eCommerce Platform, and as permitted by the Conditions of Use, these Terms. You may not incorporate any portion of the eCommerce Service or Platform Software into your own programs or compile any portion of it in combination with your own programs, transfer it for use with another service, or sell, rent, lease, lend, loan, distribute or sub-license the eCommerce Service or Platform or otherwise assign any rights to such in whole or in part. You may not use the eCommerce Service or Platform Software for any illegal purpose. 4. CONDITIONS OF SALE (BETWEEN SELLERS AND CUSTOMERS)

Please read these conditions carefully before placing an order for any products with the Sellers on the eCommerce Platform (hereinafter referred to as “Sellers”). These conditions and any transaction on the eCommerce Platform signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions.

4.1 Conditions Relating to the Sale of Products to You

4.2 Our Contract

a. Your order is an offer made to Seller(s) to buy the product(s) in your order. When you place an order to purchase a product from a Seller(s), you will receive a notification confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order (hereinafter referred to as the "Order Confirmation Notification"). The Order Confirmation Notification is acknowledgement that Seller have received your order, and does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s) ordered. Seller(s) only accept your offer, and conclude the contract of sale for a product ordered by you, when the product is dispatched to you and a notification confirmation is sent to you that the product has been dispatched to you (hereinafter referred to as the "Dispatch Confirmation Notification"). If your order is dispatched in more than one package, you may receive a separate Dispatch Confirmation Notification for each package.

b. Your contract is with the Seller, and you confirm that the product(s) ordered by you are purchased for your internal / personal purpose and not for re-sale or business purpose. You authorize Seller to declare and provide declaration to any governmental authority on your behalf stating the aforesaid purpose of the products ordered by you on the website.

c. You can cancel your order for a product at no cost any time before we send the Order Approval Confirmation Notification relating to that product.

d. Please note that Seller(s) may sell products only in quantities which correspond to the typical needs of an average household. This applies both to the number of products ordered within a single order and the placing of several orders for the same product where the individual orders comprise a quantity typical for a normal household.

4.3 Returns/ Refunds/ Replacements

d) Once the item is received at OMV and verified, refund will be given within 10 working days

e) Return/refund amount is subjected to deducts which may vary case to case

f) If Customer return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, customer will be refunded the full postage cost once return is processed.

g) Any item with a warranty, will be serviced or replaced as per the warranty agreement.

h) OMV can offer customer refund either by m-Faisaa, Vedhun Points or to customer Bank Account.

i) Customer can always request to exchange to a new product (refer to refund policy)

  2. Before any replacement, the damage item must be return to OMV and OMV should validate customer claim
  3. All the replacement requests must be done through e-commerce platform.

j) Products that are received by seller in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:

  1. Any product not purchased from seller via Moolee.
  2. Any product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return (i.e., a return initiated for a DOA product that powers on and works properly upon inspection).
  3. Any product with a missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label.
  4. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.
  5. Any product that exhibits physical damage. If you received your product damaged, please contact us immediately.
  6. Any product which appears tampered, customized, or altered in any way.

4.4 Pricing and availability

The Seller(s) may list availability information for products sold by Seller on the website, including on each product information page. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the eCommerce Platform, we cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that dispatch estimates are just estimates. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As Seller(s) process your order, you will be notified if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.

Use of eCommerce Service and Platform is available only to persons who can form a legally binding contract under the laws and regulations of the Republic of Maldives. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, you may purchase(s) on the eCommerce Platform only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

4.6 Communications

When you visit eCommerce Platform, you are communicating with Seller(s) electronically. You will be required to provide a valid phone number while placing an order with the Seller(s). Seller(s) may communicate with you by e-mail, SMS, phone call or by posting notices on the website or by any other mode of communication. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications including SMS, e-mails or phone calls from both Ooredoo Maldives Plc and the Seller(s) with respect to your order.

4.7 Losses

Seller(s) will not be responsible for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably foreseeable to both you and the Seller(s) when a contract for the sale of goods by Seller(s) to you was formed.
