No. m-Faisaa app will not be accessible after 28th July 19. You will need to download My Ooredoo App on 28th July 2019 to access your wallet.

Existing m-Faisaa customers need to reset their PIN to a new PIN.

  • Open My Ooredoo App
  • Enter your m-Faisaa number in login page
  • Select login
  • Select forgot PIN
  • Enter mobile number
  • Submit
  • Confirm new PIN with OTP
  • Submit
  • Notification pop up after successful pin reset

Yes. You can use all m-Faisaa services on My Ooredoo App, starting from 28th July 2019.

Existing customers need to reset their PIN to a new 4-digit PIN.

Yes. The last 5 transactions will be available.

  • Open My Ooredoo App
  • Select Register
  • Enter Name, Mobile Number, National ID card number (for locals, Passport number for foreigners) DOB
  • Select signup
  • Enter OTP
