Ooredoo Data Packs are applicable for Ooredoo Prepaid and Ooredoo Mix plans, & are not applicable on Postpaid 200, Postpaid 400, Postpaid 600, Postpaid 800, Postpaid 1000, Postpaid 1499 and Postpaid 1999.
For Ooredoo Prepaid, Mix, Postpaid, WorkGroup plans and Broadband Prepaid, Ooredoo Data add-ons are valid for 30 days from the date of activation.
For Broadband Postpaid, the allowance is valid for each calendar month.
For Ooredoo Prepaid, Mix, Postpaid, WorkGroup plans and Broadband Prepaid, Ooredoo Data add-ons are valid for 30 days from the date of activation. Any unused allowance of the data Add-On will be cancelled after 30 days.
Ooredoo Data add-ons will auto-renew for Ooredoo Mix, Ooredoo Postpaid and WorkGroup Postpaid plans. If you wish not to renew the add-on, send STOP to 5555.
If Mix plan is suspended, or does not have sufficient credit balance at the time of auto-renewal, the add-on will not auto-renew, and has to be reactivated manually via any of the activation methods below.
If Ooredoo Mix, Postpaid, or WorkGroup Postpaid plan is suspended at the time of auto-renewal, the add-on will not auto-renew, and has to be reactivated manually via any of the activation methods below.
Additional 6% GST is applicable for all telecom products and services.
To activate Ooredoo Data for Ooredoo Prepaid, Mix, Postpaid, WorkGroup Postpaid or Broadband Prepaid, use any of the below methods.
To activate Ooredoo Data as Broadband Postpaid, visit Ooredoo Experience Centre or any of our Business Partners. You’ll be required to submit an application. A deposit will be required for new Broadband Postpaid connections.
