Position: Assistant Manager Digital Marketing

Department: Digital Services

Work Location: Male'

Job Purpose

  • Plan, execute and review all web, SEO/SEM, social media & digital advertising campaigns.
  • Launch and optimize online marketing campaigns through Google Ad manager and Facebook ads to improve brand awareness & conversions.
  • Coordinate with internal brand and product teams to develop & execute digital marketing calendar and promotional activities.  

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or in a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in digitalmarketing with client or agency.
  • Proficiency in Facebook and Google analytics will be preferred.

Job Purpose

  • Ensure all agreements, memorandum of understanding (MoU), non-disclosure agreements (NDA), service level agreements (SLA), process document for bidding and submission, contract negotiations and document management are as per principles of integrity and compliance.
  • Adhere to deadlines on deliverables, communicate on ongoing partners and internal stakeholders about contractual issues, negotiation & decisions involving legal or regulatory requirements, contract standards and target pricing.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor Degree in Business or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management role.
  • Excellent verbal, written, negotiation and persuasive skills is desired.

Position: ERP Consultant

Department: Finance

Work Location: Male'

Job Purpose

  • Manage ERP implementation and design processes for the organization including customizations, integration, support, understanding of forms, fields, workflows etc
  • Implement Oracle Fusion Cloud Application standards, table structure, architecture database, generate Oracle reports through OTBI report developments, Financial reporting studio, Smart view, SQL scripting.
  • Liaise between end user and vendor consultant.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with Accounting.
  • At least 5 years of experience in 3 full cycle project implementations in Oracle Fusion.
  • Experience in ERP finance preferred.

Job Purpose

  • Implement and maintain Information Security program, including framework, policies, reporting process with SDLC (Secure System Development Life-cycle) process, Vulnerability Assessments (ethical hacks) are performed as required, issues and incidents are closed with proactive suggestions.
  • Ensure development of new products and applications, risks are mitigated during the products and system development process, Disaster Recovery standards and procedures are maintained.

Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in similar role.
  • Graduate in Information Technology, Engineering in IT, Computer Science preferred. 
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
